Since its establishment, the Group of Statistical Analysis and Publications, under the Information Center of IEPI, has been in charge of collecting, processing and publication of the information concerning IEPI activities. In this respect, the Group has always tried to keep pace with the quantitative and qualitative developments of IEPI in order to satisfy the information requirements about such a dynamic industry.

The publications and CD’s prepared and issued annually are as follows:
• Detailed IEPI statistics for strategic management.
• Detailed Statistical of IEPI.
• Rural electrification statistics.
• Electric power Industry in Iran (in Persian and English). This annual periodical gives a general profile of the past, present and future of IEPI and its comparison with power industry in other countries of the world.
• Statistical Report on the past activities of IEPI. This annuaol publication presents a year-by-year review of IEPI since 1967.
• Presentation of the above – cited publications on CD’s.
The statistical data are collected from 16 regional electricity companies, 42 distribution companies, 56 thermal power plants, 32 power generation management companies and 23 hydro – electric power plants.
